It’s insane to me that people are taking that shitty Photoshop of the Tampax website seriously.
I wasn’t out to trick people. I thought this was so obviously a joke. I didn’t think the post needed a disclaimer. “THIS IS FAKE! I PHOTOSHOPPED IT FOR A JOKE! NOT REAL! JOKING! EVERYTHING ON MY BLOG IS NONSENSE! IF THIS WERE REAL ID PROBABLY POSTED A LINK ALONG WITH THE SCREEN SHOT! THE LINK LEADS TO MY PHOTOBUCKET!”
I guess I should apologize to Iris and the good people at Tampax because that question was really asked, but Iris answered reasonable. Something along the lines of “What the fuck are you talking about, you nutcase?”
I’m not going to apologize to anyone else.
If you’re so quick to stop using a product because of a one photo you saw from one blog with no source to the product’s actual website, that’s on you. You’re just plain silly. And if you’re mad at me because you initially thought this was real and found out it wasn’t and felt like betrayed or something, that’s silly too. You’re silly. You need to calm down.
I think most people got that it was a joke. Or maybe not. What the fuck I can’t tell anything anymore.
Kelsy Abbott is very funny. She photoshopped a fake response to a question about tampons. People took it serious. That is even funnier to me than the answer she made up. Long story short, I heart Kelsy.
